Meeting of Lithuanian and Polish paying agencies' experts in Vilnius
On July 13-14th a meeting between the experts of the National Paying Agency (NPA) and the Polish Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARMA) took place in the NPA headquarters in Vilnius. During the meeting, the support administration system, the strategy for the new programming period 2023-2027 were discussed, as well as the newly implemented field monitoring system was presented by NPA specialists.
Discussions during the meeting focused on the implementation of the support measures foreseen in the Strategic Plan for Agriculture and Rural Development of Lithuania 2023-2027 as well as necessary preparatory actions for its implementation.
Good practices in support administration were also shared and other topics were discussed, such as crop and plant insurance premium reimbursement measures applied in Lithuania, state aid measures, administration of direct payments. The NMA Agro mobile app as well as the new monitoring tool – Automatic continuous field monitoring system (ALNSIS) – were presented.
