Information on applications submitted by applicants and their statuses is available on the National Paying Agency’s under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the NPA) Information Portal: https://portal.nma.lt. This portal contains the data of applications, information on messages sent / received, financial information.

Both natural and legal persons can log in to the NPA’s Information Portal by using electronic banking data or via the E-Government Gateway.

In case of a legal person, only the persons who have the authorisation undersigned by the head of the legal person can log in to the NPA’s Information Portal, which should be submitted to the NPA. 

Please be informed that anonymous reports on potential irregularity and abuse cases of persons who receive or those applying to receive European Union (hereinafter referred to as the EU) support and national support of Lithuania for agriculture, rural development and fisheries and potential non-transparent actions of officials of the NPA or attempts by representatives of other institutions to exert influence on support administration, may be provided 24 hours a day:

• by the Trustline phone number with answering machine +370 5 260 7901 (for mobile calls and overseas calls your operators’ rates apply);

via e-mail [email protected];

• via the mobile application “NMA agro” (EN: “NPA Agro”)(reporting only the potential abuse cases of persons who receive or those applying to receive European Union support and national support of Lithuania for agriculture, rural development and fisheries). We would like to call your attention to the fact that verification of information provided by residents of Lithuania may be efficient only in cases  when reports contain accurate data providing a possibility to identify persons being reported (full name and place of residence of a natural person or name and registered office address of a legal person) and clear description of a irregularity or abuse case in the use procedure of the EU and national support of Lithuania.

Please be informed that applicants may sign a support agreement and other documents being sent to the NPA by a qualified electronic signature.

All financial settlements between beneficiaries and suppliers should be made only through financial institutions. No cash settlements are allowed.  

Beneficiaries undertake the obligation to keep the documents of expenditure / costs incurred and documentary payment evidence.

We would like to inform you that the National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the NPA) has 10 territorial offices. Each of them has two units performing separate functions: a territorial support administration unit and territorial on-the-spot checks unit. The NPA’s territorial offices are established in the former county centres – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Telšiai, Tauragė, Utena, Alytus and Marijampolė.
