Personal data protection

Please be informed that implementing the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of  the April 27, 2016, that has entered into force on 25 May 2018, the National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture has appointed Data Protection Officer; contact details: tel. +370 5 252 6909, e-mail: [email protected].

Please note that the Data Protection Officer at the NPA helps to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, participates in solving all issues that have (may have) an impact on the protection of personal data, provides advice in the field of personal data protection.
