Trust line

Using the "Trust line" you can tell us about:

• potential abuse cases by persons receiving or claiming to get the European Union and the Lithuanian state support for agriculture, rural development and fisheries;
• National Paying Agency and other institutions workers non-transparent conducts or other attempts to influence administration of the support.

Information can be provided anonymously:

• by the "Trust line" phone number with answering machine +370 5 260 7901. The fee rate applicable per minute is set by the operators;
• e-mail to [email protected];
• National Paying Agency and other institutions workers non-transparent conducts can be passed to SIS.

We also want to point out that:

• We would like to point out that in case of successfully submitted report, you will be notified by an e-mail (sent to the provided address);

• If theres no reply, report will not be registered. In this case, please try again or call the "Trust line" by phone +370 5 260 7901.

• Please be advised that questions about support for agriculture (e.g. direct payments) received via "Trust line" are forwarded to the e-mail address [email protected].

• Personal information included in your report will not be provided to third parties (unless it is required by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania).

• We would like to remind that the Law of the Republic of Lithuania provides liability for defamation or false and personal dignity degrading information dissemination.

• You can also specify your contact details in the report, which, if necessary, would be used to contact you to clarify the information provided.
